Was once a great place... I called this branch several times, and its just rings and rings... They must not have anybody working there, because the Arvada Branch is always available to help....UPDATE, THEY HAD A SWITCH BOARD PROBLEM!

Horrible customer service After making a $1,500 cash withdrawal, I only counted $1,480. The employee implied I was either lying or lost the $20, but that there was no possible way their employees made a mistake. The manager was even worse. There's no way I'd continue doing of any form of business with this horrible institution. Avoid at all literal costs.

The teller placed my deposit in the wrong account and then withdrew it to the right account. The account he took it from is a federally governed account that only allows a certain number of withdrawals each month. This is not my normal credit union. Won't be returning.

I have used my Nerspend card as my bank for the past 7 years. I recently purchased a vehicle n Partners ended up financing it for me. I would go in and pay my car note. They convinced me to open a checking account with tgem. Assured me they never hold on to paychecks. They release them as soon as they get the funds direct deposited. I transferred over my direct deposit which for the past 7 years, 2 employers my check have been deposited 9:00pm every other week. We'll guess who hasn't gotten paid yet? There system is so flawed i ended up having $400 on over draft fees. I deposited CASH they held a portion for 48 hours. Where they do that at? So sadly I will be in touch with them today and remove my bank account with them. Back to my trusty Nerspend card where I know what to expect. Pending transactions don't hang on for days. I'm really disappointed with the service provided and would not recommend anyone to use this Credit Union. Sorry. .. just awful

Terrible service for almost 20 years. Our bank teller today did not listen to what we wanted or needed. She was impatient and got frustrated with us easily. She didn't explain anything thoroughly and had to make 2 separate transactions because she didn't listen in the first place. There has been countless times before where the tellers were rude and disrespectful over the last 19 years. It is always difficult to withdraw any kind of money. Glad to finally close all accounts.
