called to see if they had a certain costume in stock as I needed it asap.  The young person I talked to ran and looked for me saving me a wasted trip.  She was very courteous  and polite.  I will definitley go there in the future if all their help is like this young lady.

There was only one person working the checkout and balloon counter. He left twice to go check someone in the middle of putting together my balloon bouquet.

No one around to ask questions, left without buying anything

Called ahead and they had quick and accurate information.   Then they pulled the item and had it waiting at the checkout.   All this within 15 minutes of closing
