Employees spend to much time on interpersonal drama then the business that employs them. I felt like I was back in High School that was located, oddly enough, inside a balloon factory. Needs more/better management to keep staff focused on customers not petty interpersonal affairs.

Great place to shop, but kind of pricy. Balloons should be blown up for free especially when you are purchasing the balloons from here. Things surly have changed, maybe if more party stores would open and increase the competition their prices would come down. The Helium tanks are a waste of money and they are not cheap. The tanks are not filled to give all your balloons a full. Its a sad scam those tanks and they start at $29 per tank.
