A large party supply store with a selection of everything from bubble machines to dinner service. Themed party decorations and treasurers for the booty bag, just like a Hollywood VIP party. Hundreds of costumes and thousands of accessories are available. Few but helpful staff. Endless selection of balloons. Wheelchair accessible including bathrooms, which are kept locked. The staff has the key. Free parking.

Nothing but a bunch of bitches who work here and can't even do their job right. The manager is beyond ignorant. She needs to be replaced with someone who will actually do their job. When walking in only one girl greets you. She was the only helpful employee. When you obviously need some assistance they just look at you for 20 mins and then decide to ask if you need help. One of the worst party cities ever.

This place has a good selection of themed items for parties. I was having a white out party and they had an entire section with just white party equipment
