The things were great, but the staff was continuously discussing how they were upset that more people were walking in when it was 8:20pm and every 6-8 minutes there was an announcement made that the store was closing shortly, and she went around saying "excuse me ma'am we're gonna be closing soon." They were being very repetitive and it was becoming very hard to shop.

I have visited a few Party City locations but I have to say this location is one of the worst. The place is quite large and spacious and even clean and orderly but they are not only understaffed, the staff here is incompetent and disrespectful. The place is a disorganized mess and there could be lines of people waiting to check out and still the staff has no clue what they are doing. The girl at checkout looked like she just woke up and could care less about helping anyone and she complained her manager left her here to deal with the crowds. What a joke this place is. You would think with all the other options this place would get its act together.

The staff at this location never fail to make me regret not taking the extra 20 minutes to just use the Walpole store. Again today they proved how little they care about customers when there were not just rude but completely adversarial to my 78 year old mother in law who was picking up pre-ordered balloons. Who makes a 78 year old woman go out in the pouring rain to get a phone number? Do many people come in and accurately guess a last name to steal an order of balloons? The fools are all of us who spend a penny in that place. Never again.
