Everyone is super helpful and every time someone comes and ask if I need help. For the person that commented about the balloon bag, they are always $1,you don't get special treatment bc you lost your balloons. You didn't have to buy it. They didn't force you and you were asked before you paid if you wanted it. If you do loose the balloons they are nice enough to replace them for free. All of the items have prices on them and the store is almost always clean. There's always a person going around the store cleaning every afternoon. You can't expect the workers to clean up your mess seconds after you trash the store especially if they are busy helping customers. It's one of the cleanest and most organized party city's in the district. Most likely if you were to ask someone what you were looking for they can show you right where it is. They use to have the back door open to go in but it's being used for inventory purposes and they said they are working on getting it back open to the public for all those lazy people.

Went there to shop for baby shower decoration items. Was happy with what I got.

It's an o.k. place to shop,  but it is overpriced, and when they are busy,  the staff isn't always available. I don't know if there is a lack of staffing,  or if there are always just 2 people working. However,  when one person is blowing up balloons,  and there are 8 people in line,  it creates a line many aren't worth waiting in.
