I mainly come here for party supplies that I can't find down the street at Target or the dollar store. Target has some pretty great decorations, so check there first. I will give props to Party City for their Disney-themed party decorations for the young ones. This is also the spot for large mylar balloons for special occasions like champagne and ring-shaped balloons for engagement parties. They are pricey (about $10 each). They also need more service at the front -- there's usually only 1 person making balloons and 1 person doing check-out. Don't be surprised if there's a wait.

Clean Big store. Happy staff. Great Halloween selection. Lines can get long.

This party city is convenient for south bay people. it's a massive store with all theme possible. The staff is friendly.

Great selection for every kind of party​ you can think of.  Items are well stocked.  There were great inspirational ideas as well.  The store always seems under staffed though.  If there's 1 person ahead of you waiting for balloons, expect to be there a while.

Very bad experience. I found a costume online which was available at store as per website, I called store to confirm if they have it, they refused to check in store over phone. Then I went to store and showed that website is showing availability at their store, a lot available at I wanted 1 but then they said not available. And they did even care to say any polite words for the inconveniences.
