Horrible customer service waited and waited to pay while the employee was just chatting with another customer

The owner of this store has been rude to me on multiple occasions.  Simply wanted to get my Grandmother a balloon and she acted like she did not give a hoot.   Also, I have moved downtown and now share a dumpster with Party Depot.  It's very odd when you have problems at the dumpster with your neighbors. This lady has her nose in the air and doesn't care about anyone but herself it seems like. Very rude.
