Irina is amazing! If you are like me, you've probably had your share of frustrating moments, because you have pictured how a transaction is supposed to go, but then it never does. Irina is truly an exception to this rule in every way. 

I would say that my transaction had some unique characteristics and so I needed an agent who would be able to ensure things would go smoothly. Irina was the answer. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable and truly had a great sense of the market and what it takes to sell the property at the best possible price. 

I know that Irina had a number of listings that she was handling, however, she made me feel like I was her only client. She had an excellent follow-up and follow through in everything she did. I never had to chase her or wait for a long time for anything. All my calls were returned promptly and all questions were answered quickly as well. 

Irina kept me informed and up to date with everything that was taking place at every stage of the transaction. I can't believe I am saying this, but I really enjoyed this experience and I can't wait to work with Irina again soon. She is truly a number one agent in my book.

I have worked with several real estate agents in the past 10 years but none of my past experiences can be compared to my experience with Irina.  She truly is exceptional and highly skilled & experienced.  It was a great pleasure to work with her to find my dream house.

Irina and her team are top quality. She helped us buy and sell a house. She is a great negotiator, listener, and sounding board. On the buy side, she helped us think through the houses we were most interested in, find excellent inspectors, and negotiated a great price. On the sell side, she truly knows how to market a house--from listing price to staging to photography and online marketing. We got the price we wanted with an extremely smooth buy process. Integrity, honesty, and a pleasure to do business with.

I can't even begin to say how great Irina was as our  realtor. We contacted Irina (we weren't even pre-approved yet), and got our key 51 days later. Irina was not only exceptionally professional, but she exuded warmth and very a likable personality. 

My husband and I, although first time home-buyers, were very particular about what we wanted. We listed location as our first priority in choosing a home. Irina did not just try to get us any house, she worked very closely with us to try to get us a great house that would fit all of our wants and needs. With that said, she was completely honest with us, if she thought a house was located in a less-than-desired neighborhood, or if she felt like the house would be bad for re-selling, she flat-out informed us so. 

Irina was very knowledgeable of the current housing market, and she kept us up to date with everything. When we finally bid on a couple houses, she presented us with analyses to forecast how much each house would end up selling for. This was very informative and proved helpful in helping us bid effectively.

After the seller accepted our offer, Irina facilitated the entire process--we removed all of our contingencies under 9 days and closed escrow in just 24 days. From beginning (meeting Irina for the first time) to end (us getting the key to our house)  it only took us an incredible 51 days. 

To sum it up, Irina is truly the best of the best in her profession.

Irina recently helped me lease a condo I own in Pasadena. I can't imagine finding a more intelligent, thorough, ethical and responsive agent than Irina Netchaev. We were in constant contact; her follow through was impeccable. Emails were returned immediately. Irina or her assistant always picked up the phone. I was never left wondering about the answer to a question or the progress on leasing my property. There were a few little glitches that needed to be ironed out. Irina took care of them so quickly. I felt confident Irina was looking out for me and making sure my transaction went smoothly. 

Whether I decide to lease or sell in the future, Irina Netchaev will be my "go to" person.
