I have been seeing Dr. Kale for several months for a few different fractures on my left foot and now on my right. I have seen him every 2-3 weeks when the break was new and now that I have a new fracture that schedule stays the same. I have always found his staff to be on top of their game, prepared, and very professional at all times. I have never waited longer than 10 minutes to get to the back room. They take ex-rays and then I meet with Dr. Kale. He spends time explaining the situation and going over the ex-rays with me. He is personable, professional, and always lets me ask as many questions as I have without feeling rushed. I would have no problem recommending this office to anyone.

I found their office was very dirty, there were flakes of skin and nails under the clear plastic that covers the exam chair. Also Dr. Kale tried insisting that I needed inserts for my shoes and it would get rid of the pain I suffer from. Come to find out Dr. Kale tells this to every patient. Now the problem with this is the inserts cost anywhere from $300. to &600. per shoe and NOBODY'S insurance covers this !!! I personally feel the dr. gets a kick back the reason being my son got suckered into this from another dr and the inserts haven't helped him at all actually they made his in step worse and they ruined a $200 pair of Nike's. I went for a second opinion from a Dr.Jordan and found that I need surgery on both feet and ankles. Was dr. Kale going to share this with me after I purchased the inserts so I would have to buy another pair after surgery?

This office is the epitome of how a well oiled medical office is run. You can tell that each member of the team is passionate about helping their patient, and nit just getting as many people in and out as possible. This is not to say their wait times are long though. In my 8 or so trips here, I have never waited more than 5 minutes past my appointment time. I could go on and on about how great this office is, but you would be better off seeing for yourself.

I had an ingrown toenail like some of the other reviews here. I havent been to a doctor in a long time so i didnt know where to go. I called a couple other places i found on google maps, then i called Dr.kales office. Right away the staff already seemed way nicer and more caring than the others over the phone, the reasonable pricing was definitely a plus also. Went in for my procedure the other day and i was more than satisfied with the outcome. To sum it all up everything is great. Highly recomended. Thank you doc. :)

I Have Been Going To Dr Kales For About 2 Years Now And I Am Very Satisfied With The Quality Of Service That I Receive When I Go Here. The Nurse Juliana Is Excellent At Helping Patients, She Is Everything A Patient Could Ask For. She Is Funny And Helpful
