Pascoag Fire Department is made up of two stations. Station four located at 105 Pascoag Main St. and Station 42, located at 141 Howard Ave. Pascoag.
The Main Street Firehouse is a colonial-style brick building constructed in 1939 in downtown Pascoag to replace the former fire station at the current intersection of Sayles Avenue and the Bridgeway. The building houses several fire and medical apparatus, the fire chief's office, the EMS office, and the meeting room for Pascoag Hose Company #1, one of the two social companies associated with the Pascoag Fire Department. The lower level, or "dugout," houses a gym for Department members, and the second level has a full-service kitchen, sleeping quarters, and the Fagan Memorial Auditorium.
