Somewhat of an iconic place. Sandwich es are pretty good and taste plates as well. It might be a personal preference but I'm used to pressed Cubans with lighter bread. The ones they use here is a bit thick and pretty tough. The contents end up spilling out the moment you take a bite. 
The seating is extremely cramped but most people just get take out. When the weather is better people sit outside but the seating outside is even limited. It's always busy and is quite a popular place.

This is one of the best sandwiches I've had in my life, especially the scallop one. Fresh and generous portion. It's no fancy restaurant but a true hidden gem in a residential area. It can get really messy but who cares when it comes to good food? Highly recommended!!

A super popular place with good food that locals like.  Don’t come here if you are used to Cunard from Miami or Cuba but if you’ve never had one this place will knock your socks off (until you have one in Miami or Cuba...). The grilled onions slices are way too big for people who are used to finer food so don’t tKe your gourmet here. Great for the gourmands.

Paseo recently catered my event and I was so pleased! Everyone was happy to see REAL food at a networking event and not just yet another veggie tray. The process was simple to order and the food showed up piping hot - even on a rainy traffic intense night. Highly recommend if you want something unique for catering.

On June 6th, 1944 the Allies stormed and took the beaches of Normandy. On that day, men and women (and gender neutral persons) rejoiced as freedom and peace began its endless pursuit on mainland Europe. It was an all time great moment in history. 

Now, fast forward to 2017. Andrew (the reviewer) sits down to eat a number two. Although this innocent moment would on the surface pale in comparison to the greatest struggle in history, few know the true greatness of the Paseo sandwich. For in this moment, one man experienced true bliss. Every taste bud transmitted a foodgasm at the speed of light to the brain of this unsuspecting reviewer. 

To quote Martin Luther King Jr., I have been to the mountain top. 

So yeah, 10/10 would recommend.
