Food was great, service was horrible. Waited about 20 minutes before I even ordered drink, mind you wasn't even busy. Waitress did not know what a Regia was, common we at a Salvy restaurant how TF do you not know a Regia. Food: 5/5
I made the mistake of coming a second time here. I’ve come before and I saw they advertised a promotion for bean and cheese pupusa on Tuesdays so wanted to take advantage of it. I ordered two pupusas and a drink. My beverage was $5 which was overpriced so I asked her to cancel it. The lady told me she could not cancel it “mi amor no puedo”. I was confused because I had not paid yet. I asked her to clarify she said she could not modify the order. I asked her if she could ask for help and even told her I would pay cash if it was easier. She called her boss. She then proceeded to tell me I could pay cash and charged me a total of 33% on tax. I told her the total was incorrect and she said that’s the price her boss told her. I asked her for a receipt and she said she couldn’t give me one. It’s unfortunate that they steal from their community. I will no longer support this shady business.
Horrible place to eat and worse if you order from Grubhub, first of all I order one sivar plate , one Chichen soup one horchata and two pupusas well the sivar plate they put a piece of avocado “ black like it was sitting on the counter for who knows how long?..the chicken soup saulty all that you can taste was water with caldo knorr “ consomé”the “salad pure chop onion and tomatoes pieces of tomato with chopped onions that was the “ salad ,my plate without tortillas , typically they will send you the plates with two tortillas well I called them and this lady was like well the owner of the restaurant is not here today can you call later maybe she’s here really ?!they she hang up the phone. I always like to give reviews of the restaurants and this one is one of the worst place to buy food .this paseo is only the one that is@ Hp because I have the other one that is in Vermont and 60 this one is the best and I’ll be posting reviews about this restaurant because is the best or one of the best for my taste
If I can give it 0 I would. Everything was OK until I asked to get the bill, the waitress just comes and tells me my balance, no detailed receipt was given just verbally said it. As we go up to the counter she still couldn't give us a detailed receipt, I had ordered a strawberry margarita in which it was served in a small cup and was charged $14.00. When I was up in the counter I saw the cheap strawberry margarita bottle near the counter, the bottle doesn't even cost $14 but they overpriced my drink and the food. Please save your yourself the time and DON'T COME HERE!!!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF no wonder the place is always empty.
First of all they tried charging us stuff we didn’t order. Next they OverCharged us for some soda. Like whaaaaa a little over 5 bucks for a canned soda. A singular soda maybe remind next the glass where 6 bucks each. The drinks were more expensive than the actual food itself.Food: 3/5
Ordered chicken soup and they served small quantities of vegetables. Also ordered pupusas and the curtido was a small bag. The cashier was unprofessional.Food: 1/5
I had to eat with 5 RANDOM PEOPLE in the same table i was seated at, it was THE MOST uncomfortable NIGHT I HAVE EVER HAD!!! The tables were like church seats, for AS MANY as they can fit in
I'm not giving ANY star to this place. The waiter came twice and NEVER showed up again. The owner a woman by the counter charged $14.25 for a michelada but,on the 2nd tiquet charged $19...jaja This "lady " was más borracha que nada. She overcharged. Food was delicious. But, just ask for the prices before you order.
I asked the waiter for hot sauce and they gave me spoiled habreno hot sauce. Also I ordered a fried fish plate and the beans look like mole sauce. Also the fried fish did not have flavor. Also the avocado pieces were all bad and the handmade tortillas are not round and they were flat like taco tortillas. Also the waitress didn't even apologized. NEVER COME TO THIS SALVADORIAN PLACE.
This restaurant has amazing food and customer service. I recommend this placeFood: 5/5
