Paso Robles Safe and Lock is registered with the State Of California as a licensed locksmith company and in addition our employees are registered with the state and have individual locksmith licenses. What this means is that you have an individual working for you that has had an extensive background check. Paso Robles Safe and Lock also holds a California State Contractors license. Our locksmiths attend yearly industry approved educational certification classes to keep us brushed up as well as up to date on the latest advances in our industry.

I can't say enough how much I appreciate great customer service. If someone wow's me, I feel obligated to let the world know. Justin at Paso Robles Safe & Lock went above and beyond in his assistance with our company. Reminds me of the guy that helps the little old lady across the street just because it's the right thing to do. He fixed the problem we called for and another problem without even charging us any extra. That's the kind of business I LOVE to deal with. I highly recommend them.

I purchased remote key fobs for my car online to save a few bucks. I've called Paso Robles Safe and Lock to program them. They warned me that aftermarket key fobs might not take the programming correct and I would still have to pay even if they didn't work which I understood. My wife took the car there and had it programmed and when she brought it back I realize that the trunk didn't open when I called them they said they would try it again. I rescheduled to have it reprogrammed but it didn't work but luckily for me they had ordered a real official key fob. He said I didn't have to buy it but he wanted to confirm that his programmers still work. Not only was that super helpful but it also saved me another trip I was very impressed with their forward-thinking and patience I should have just gone to them at the beginning and I will next time.

We hired Paso Robles Safe & Lock to rekey our entire house. Joe was the gentleman who took care of our project. He called on time, showed up on time, was very professional, did a great job, and did it efficiently and with great attention to detail. The price was very reasonable. Thank you Joe, and everyone else at PRSL.

Timely and very professional. The locksmith came down to Atascadero on a Sunday within 20 minutes, because I locked myself out, and was helpful and friendly. He got me back into my house and made me an extra key copy in a matter of minutes! Great service, great price!

Needed a car key for a foreign car. The dealer didn't have time to look up the details for the key. These people took the time to determine what I needed and then provided my key as a fraction of what the car dealer was going to charge me. They are courteous, service oriented and have a clean store.
