New favorite Italian restaurant in Miami. Food is delicious, atmosphere is beautiful and service is wow. The place is nice and trendy but noise level is perfect to have a conversation. The staff is dedicated to serve you and are aware of every detail. I had the short rib pasta and I highly recommend it. I will be going back to this restaurant!  Vegetarian options: My sister in law is vegetarian and she had plenty of options to choose from!

Authentic Italian flavors. Really good food. Only points to improve: I do wish that next time they make sure the plates and saute pan where they serve the pastas were hot. Also please add more Parmesan to the pastas, at least 20% more. Third, make sure to bring the check to the tables on time. I know it’s tough when you’re busy, but still. I’ll be coming back for sure. Nice spot to end the week with a good Italian cuisine dinner. The food was good and I loved the atmosphere. We got a table in the patio which was much better than the indoors area. The service was a bit slow which is why I rated it 4 stars. Easy parking, they have a free designated area for their customers and you can also park in the street using the parking app.

The food and overall experience were quite impressive, though not without a minor drawback. The dishes we tried were absolutely delicious, marked by unique flavors and freshness. We ordered one appetizer and two entrées to share, and each dish was distinct and memorable.  Surprisingly, the vegetable lasagna stood out the most, especially to a hardcore meat eater like myself. It was rich, well-balanced, and incredibly flavorful. The layers of pasta, cheese, and vegetables came together in a way that was both satisfying and indulgent. This dish alone is worth a visit.  The portion sizes were generous, fitting for sharing, and the staff was very attentive. We visited at an awkward hour of the day, which meant the restaurant was less crowded and our food arrived quite quickly.  The inside and outside seating areas offered a nice, relaxed atmosphere, and the restaurant didn't feel crowded. However, the condition of the chairs and stools requires attention. The fabric on the seating is prone to absorbing dirt and stains, leading to visible dirty spots that were immediately noticeable. For such a nice establishment, this aspect was a bit of a letdown.  Despite the issue with the seating, Pasta e Basta's culinary offerings are excellent, and the restaurant's service is commendable. I'd recommend it for the food alone, particularly the vegetable lasagna. My advice to the restaurant would be to address the cleanliness of the seating to enhance the overall dining experience. With this improvement, Pasta e Basta could easily be a top-rated dining spot in Miami.

My family and I visited Pasta e Basta for the first time last Sunday evening. We ordered five different pasta dishes so we would able to share and try different flavors. We didn’t order appetizers because they already provide a small bread basket with delicious olive oil when you sit down. All plates were good but nothing extraordinary, reasonably priced. I am taking one star off in service because of the rude way the server placed my plate by pushing the smaller plate in front of me and leaving it half way on the placemat. We also had a very long wait until the food arrived.. I would say about 40 mins. We noticed the same happened to the family sitting next to us.

I’m writing the review while I’m still at the restaurant. Amazing food! Flavors of Italy, we had duck pasta, Pepe pasta and tiramisu, everything was 5 stars especially Pepe. Our server Alonso was absolutely amazing as well. Definitely will be back.Food: 5/5

We went here today, New Year’s Day. We got seated immediately it was empty but we had a reservation anyway. The service was 10/10. The food was delicious. The environment was modern & warm. The food was authentic Italian - perfectly al dente and freshly made. I will definitely come back. For two people: two appetizers, two entrees, and one desert totaled $140. 18% service charge is automatically included. Prices range from $15-30 for the entrees & appetizers. I definitely recommend the bruschetta assortment.

Brand new Italian restaurant in Miami, with high quality handmade pasta.  Tasted vitello tonnato, burrata caprese, and cacio & pepe.  All plates incredibly tasty and loyal to the Italian cuisine standard. As an Italian in Miami very happy to have the opportunity to feel the tastes of Italy here.  Personnel extremely kind and welcoming, location clean and with high quality design.  Extremely recommended

Me and my family just came to this restaurant and the service was great, they were short staffed and still managed to make an amazing impression, Alonso was our server and it felt like a friend, he was extremely nice and made the experience even better, the food was great, you can tell it’s all made in the restaurant and it’s extremely authentic! I 100% recommend this restaurant!!

This place has just pastas and they are THE PASTAS, the best pastas ever! For real, the sauce, the texture, the aroma, everything is cooked to perfection. Definitely a must when carving pasta. My recommendation, Rigatoni Amatriciana and the tiramisu. They also have a very nice outdoor area.Food: 5/5
