This is a chill place to hang out with friends over Biryani. I love the Vijayawada Biryani here and that's mostly what I order always. But other than that, if you are looking for a nice place to eat, this is most likely not it. Customer service is okay. Staff is friendly to regulars but they seem to be understaffed at times. Overall, a good place if you want to grab some decent food quickly but not so much if you're expecting something more.

Good place and  friendly staff.  This became one of my favorite restaurants in town. I love the goat biriyani and boneless chicken biriyani today and the pepper chicken was so delicious.

The most pathetic management and food ever experienced. Be it a carryout or delivery. This restaurant serves the most pathetic food. They show something on menu and serve the exact opposite. 
I would suggest going to some other restaurant for Indian food rather than Pasteries n Chaat.

If the management is reading this, please replace the people working over the counter. In scottsdale and tempe branch..!!!!

Worst service. Ordered Paneer Biryani carry out. Realised the food was lacking flavour, quality and felt as though I was eating plain rice with paneer in it. Called them at 8:45pm and the representative said we are busy now and will call back at 10:30pm as though I was eating free food. Calls me back at 10:30pm and tries to convince me the quality will be good next time and will also give some discount. What was funny, was his reason as to why the taste was poor and I quote “we had so much rush and the chef probably didn’t pay attention to the ingredients. Had you ordered a bit earlier we could’ve offered better tasting food”. Definitely will NOT visit this place even if they were to offer food at a discount.

Pastris 'N' Chaat serves good authentic southern Indian entrees entrees and appetizers. All the biryani dishes are excellent. But for me, the goat biryani is hands down the best which is only served in the weekends. The drinks and dessert are limited in choices though. The employees are attentive and professional.
