Very disappointed. Called them for a door lock problem, they charged $75 and gave blue key to rekey and told it will fix the lock but it didnt. Called them twice and left message, they gave appointment of a week from now.

So I went to Pat several months ago and asked if he could copy my apartment keys for me. It was an unusual key blank he said, he would see if he could order it. Fair enough, he said to call back within the week and he'd let me know if he could do it. The next week I called, I got the same response, "I'm still waiting, call back next week." After the third week I just asked if he could call me instead of me constantly calling him back. 

Pat said that he would call me back seven total times. I got zero calls back. Over two months later, I called quite annoyed and asked if he could get the blanks or not, just give me a straight answer Yes or No. No problem, he said, I will call you back by the end of the day.

Still no call. Seriously, what is so difficult about calling someone back after saying you will SEVEN TIMES? 

FINALLY, after leaving a message with one of his other works explaining my situation, I get a TEXT MESSAGE about three hours later from some different number saying sorry, can't get the keys. ARE YOU SERIOUS? More than eight weeks later, and you send a text message? At the very least have the decency to call back AFTER YOU SAY YOU WILL. I would give him one star if I could, quite possibly the worst service I have ever received. Needless to say, STAY AWAY from Pats unless you like wasting your time.
