I have been with this State Farm office for 18 years, since Pat White took over (after Delores Webb retired), now they won't even return my phone calls, which caused my flood insurance to lapse.  I have switched to Allstate, they are saving me $676 on 2 cars, home and flood insurance.  I would give less than 1 star if it was an option.
