I have been been a patient for 5 years and have been seeing the same PA for the whole time. Saw a DO today. 
As far as bedside manner,treatment  and office staff,they're good-I would give them five stars. 
My peeve with them is that:
1) they rarely ever, if at all, answer the phone. They always make you leave a message and then they take awhile to get back to you, whether making an appointment or requesting medication renewals.
2) most times, it's difficult to make a same-day appointment if you're sick. As another reviewer stated, I don't plan my illnesses in advance. After all, that's what you're going to the doctor for.
3) the hours displayed are not correct. Anytime I've called for an appointment, they never have anything after 2 or 3 p.m. Though their site says they are open until 7 p.m, I have never gotten an appointment later than 2 p.m. In addition, they are not open on Saturdays.

I waited for over an hour before being called into an exam room and when I was finally seen after waiting in that exam room for about half an hour the doctor who saw me made fun of my complaints and did nothing for me other than blood work while i had an ear infection. 
Never going back. 1st and last time.

Quick visits, no wait, out within 20 minutes max and get whatever I need. Dr. Wang is honest and straight foward

The worst doctors office. They never get back to you, they are never available. Doctors talk over you, they look through you. They do not listen, they are not thorough. The front desk people are more glassy eyed then the DMV employees.

Worst office, never answer phones must leave message, women at front desk are the I'm caring people,  paperwork is usually wrong,I could go on and on
