I loved this place! I like grocery stores in general but this specialized one was just amazing. Everything I needed to make my first Indian curry was easily found and available here. It is a large, well lit, clean store and the workers there are very helpful and quick to answer questions. Even if you're not looking for specialized ingredients it's still a great place for affordable spices and fresh produce. Cinnamon sticks packaged by McCormick and sold at basic grocery stores can cost somewhere around $6 but at Patel Brothers the cinnamon sticks were around $3 and came in a larger package!! They have a great selection of nuts and lentils as well so it's definitely worth visiting just to peruse the variety.

Clean and nice aisles though a little tight. Good selection of produce and groceries. They have bathrooms though on the upstairs. Ask for directions if you don't know. Compared to other groceries, they are a little more expensive but quality is better than other places too. So you are paying more to buy better products essentially. Parking in Jackson Heights is always crazy. Come in the morning hours on the weekends if you want to get parking spot near the store.

Best shop not just for Indian groceries, but many healthy food that anywhere else cost much more. For example all kind of lentils, different special flour, like chickpea flour, lentil flour etc. You'll also find special veg & fruits that come from Asia. And of course if you like Indian food, than you can find all the ingredients to make one, or a frozen ready meals in affordable price.

Excellent place to buy Indian Groceries. From Veggies to Spices, Flours, Ready-to-eat Snacks, Juices, Kitchen Utensils, Frozen Foods, Sweets, Ice-creams, Srikhand…  Highly recommended for Indians & Indian Food lovers.

Too busy place.. Great selection and lots of different brands to select. But we found the vegetables were not that fresh!! Need proper storage.. Enjoy!!
