Ya know, as I was trying to write down notes for an initial at an in net-work initial with an out of county provider, I got a little INTERRUPTED and lost all my work. Gee, kids, wouldn’t it be nice to get out of the house for a while? I KNOW! LETS GO TO THE HOSPITAL BECAUSE YOU CAN’T MAKE SMALL TALK AT A GROCERY STORE WITHOUT BUYING THINGS! WAIT! BETTER YET! LETS ADOPT A CAT!
Good Morning,I called the Paterson fire department located on, 850 Madison Avenue in Reference to finding out if it's a violation to not have a alarm cover on the alarm! I was talking to a women who advised me to contact them back at 12 to speak with inspection! I then proceeded to call another department in the city but was routed back to the same lady who answered in the inspection department! After hearing my voice again and explaining my situation to her, she got very boisterous and had a indigestible attitude, after asking her politely to lower her tone of voice she proceeded to scream even more over the phone! Then hung up the call on me!!! I've tried calling back and wasn't successful to get anyone else on the line... to discuss the matter with!!! Overall Customer Service Skills Are Very Poor In This Facility Especially The Women Working In The Inspection Department Who Answered My Call Approximately 10am!! This morning....
