Terrible Customer Service. Woman answering phones has no clue what she is doing.  She was lost for 10 minutes and just kept saying "okay, okay and okay. When she did realize what i was needing she transferred me to Karen DE Leon who is just another nightmare to deal with. Instead of just complying with my request she began to rudely question my intentions and degrade other insurance companies. As i continued to ask that she comply with my request she began to get more aggressive and wouldn't let me talk. I finally just had to let her know that because of her character and poor customer service she would be losing my business.  I would rather pay additional money for general customer service than deal with this company and its poorly trained staff and obnoxious agents.  They do not deserve the one star required to have this post published.
