The care, attention, treatment, from Dr. Joseph Richardson and his team was of the highest standard. His attention to detail had not diminished after a long day and busy clinic, I felt totally at ease with the level of professionalism and medical knowledge he and his team gave me. I can not thank them enough for helping to put me on a path of recovery.

I was seen in a short time. Everyone was friendly and helpful. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction. Love that no appointment is necessary and I can go evenings and weekends. They can also be chosen as your primary physician if listed in your health plan.

I didn't wait at all. I was taken right back. The doctor was awesome and careing. I was diagnosed and given a prescription and out the door in literally 20 minutes. I had strep throat it was miserable but the team at Patient First took great care of me!

The staff were friendly. There was a technical mix up, which happened during shift rotation and unusually high patient check ins, so I don't blame them for that. The atmosphere was cheery, and the staff were professional. My only advice to the staff is to occasionally check in on your patients (even if they're not directly under your care), especially if they look lost. I think 4 or 5 technicians walked by my room without checking on me before the doctor realized the mistake and made amends.
