Thorough. Explanatory. Helpful. BUT BIG DEAL: Didn't fulfill their job completely, costing me money. I was in contact with 5 nurses and one PA over 2 days there (serious health issue). All were stellar workers (as well as kind and caring human beings!). Care was great, but neglected to send any information to my primary care doctor, thus causing me to pay money for him to repeat the same tests. Costed me > $100. Don't go there unless you know your health issue is minor.

I always receive excellent treatment, great customer service and the facility was spotlessly clean. This time was no different. This place is great. I usually go to Laurel but this is will be my new location.

I visited PF for a burn injury at work since I didn’t have a primary care physician at the time and needed to be seen right away (after 1st aid) but didn’t need an ER visit. First visit was a Friday morning, and follow-up was Monday evening. Both times they were quick at getting me checked in and into the patient room, but that’s where the REAL wait begins. Both times I waited about half an hour between the physician’s assistant helping me in and the doctor seeing me. I’m still giving this place 4 stars though because the 2 doctors who saw me, Hope & Rena, were very polite and apologized for the wait, they took good care of my burn, and PF handled all the paperwork for me. This place will take care of you if you need urgent care, but don’t expect a quick trip, regardless of the day & time.

Went late on Saturday night with bad cold and stomach pain.   Process was very fast and Dr Kelly Nguyen was extremely professional and nice.  Very impressed with entire service.   Clean & professional

I’m here at the Beltsville location arrive @ 2:30pm check in went smooth got to the back in no time. Here comes this Dr Rhonda or something to that effect. She came in to my room with an attitude no smile no customer service at all. Told me to cover up she would be in to examine me. I’m sitting here for an hour and 15mins now no one has seen me I️ look out she standing there chatting it up with her co-worker laugh talking I’m sitting here in pain. The nerve of this lady and the staff not all is super unprofessional. WILL NOT EVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN.. WHAT DID SHE THINK BECAUSE OF THE COLOR OF MY SKIN I’M ON
