I had a great experience at the Delran location. They were very polite and quickly attended my husband's needs. I was impressed the copay was not the ER outrageous amount and they gave the option to authorize a credit card intend. I would definitely refer other clients here. Keep up the great work!

I called the office before arriving and was told that there was currently no wait time. I headed right over and was brought to the back very quickly where I then sat and waited for about 30 minutes. I was told the doctor was eating her lunch. So apparently they only have 1 doctor, and instead for closing for lunch, they just invite you in to wait and waste your own time. Everyone was generally very nice, but don't go at lunch time.

How awesome is it to visit a neat and clean facility with courteous staff. The standard of care will keep me as a loyal patient!!! Delran is a star example of customer service.

WARNING! Patient First will surprise you with hidden fees! I went to Patient First to get a TB test (PPD Test) for work. I checked the website and called before going in and was told it would cost 38$ for the TB test. I specifically asked if the 38$ included the follow-up visit where they check to see if you developed a bump or not from the injection. The receptionist stated, "Yes, it covers the follow up." Well, to my surprise I get a bill in the mail for an additional 39$ for the follow up visit (90$ charge - 51$ Self Pay Adjustment = 39$ owed). I called the Delran Patient First to see what was up. The manager stated that since I had the doctor sign a one page piece of paperwork (that only asked for the date of injection, results, and signature of doctor) that they had to charge me for the follow up visit. NO ONE MENTIONED THAT HAVING THEM SIGN ONE PIECE OF PAPER WOULD ALLOW THEM TO CHARGE ME 39$! I mentioned that I needed my paperwork signed during my visit and the nurse, receptionist, and doc did not mention at anytime that signing the paperwork would result in an extra charge. Then I called the billing department to see what could be done. The woman who answered the call stated that I was charged the 39$ for the follow up visit because "we always charge for the follow up visit no matter the reason." Hmm. This is different than what the manager at Delran Patient First said... I stated that the website and the receptionist stated that the TB test was only 38$ dollars and the woman kept on saying "no, our website does not say that." I also asked if there was anyone I would talk to or email to complain. She said that the complaint email is listed on their site and they have a response time of 45 day (great :/). I will not be going back to Patient First.
