I was really astonished at how efficient and quick this place was! I appreciated their use of technology to expedite the process. Plus the staff was very friendly and took me seriously when even I thought my concerns were silly. I got my prescriptions filled on site in five minutes and left with my meds and helpful literature about my condition and the medicine. I'd recommend this place.

My primary doctor recommended I go here, I was sick and my primary was booked for a week and a half. I walked in, checked in, and was in and out in 30 mins. I have never been seen and treated in any Dr's office that quickly ever. They also have the option to fill scripts on site, so it is one stop service, which is great. Major time saver. This place is great, highly recommend.

This place is wonderful. The staff is so polite and professional. The facility is spotless and they have all the needed equipment. I was in and out in 1 hour. I would recommend this place to everyone!

Last night was the first time at patient first and I'll tell you I'm never going to a different urgent care EVER again. I been to urgent care in my neighborhood (Northeast Philadelphia) a few times in the last 7-8 months and I had few negative experiences. They weren't bad, but nothing will top patient first! Nice and clean and nurses and doctors helped me more than any other doctor I been too, including the emergency room. They listened and checked me out in all the possible ways they could where others never really looked into my health problems as much as patient first did. They seemed very very caring and helpful so even if it's a half hour away, I will be coming here if needed! Excellent!

Staff in a front is nice and friendly. It took me 5 minets to get into the room in the back (which is very fast) and than i sat there for 35 minutes without anyone showing up. The place was almost empty, besides two other patient and one of them was being discharged. Doctor and nurse were busy doing something else. Really??? Patient First you need to rename this place to Patients last. When you get into ER room staff shows up faster. I took off and went to the Patient  First in Abington. When i was walking out no one even turned in my direction, exept the girl upfront. When i get to Abington location they did an xray, told me what was going on, gave me my medication and I was out in less then 40 minutes.
