I have been here twice: once for a dislocated toe and once for the flu.  These guys are great!  They are friendly, efficient, and competent.  And, they are so easy to get to see (I understand the wait can be long sometimes).  My primary care doctor is at Hopkins, and impossible to get to see in a timely way.

I was seen right away. Everyone was accommodating and friendly. Doctor who treated me was fantastic (best we have ever had at this location). Additionally, the nurse/dr. assistant who fitted me for my boot and crunches was also fantastic. Felt like I was in good hands.

I go here all the time for the past 4 years. So far all the ladies are extremely wonderful. It's also not as crowded as some other locations. Well maybe after this post it might be!  I love many of the Patient Firsts. It's a great convenience.

I consistently have excellent service at this facility Everyone is incredibly friendly and professional. At my most recent visit, I was greeted warmly by everyone I met, including front desk reception, check-in, receiving nurse and physician. Dr. Lafon was exceedingly helpful. Not only did he address my primary concern with my swollen eye, but dealt with my asthma and related allergy symptoms as well. He took time to converse with me about my overall health and wellness. It felt more like a consultation with my primary care doctor than it did an urgent care experience. 
I am always pleased with the experience I have at this Patient First location. It is clean, organized and well-managed. Convenient location at the intersection of several main thoroughfares, and interstates, ample parking, and onsite prescriptions are an added benefit.

As miserable as I was feeling, the intake nurse was engaging and humorous....that was nice. The wait for the PA was bit longer than I was comfortable with given that my wife was waiting for me. The Examination results were clear and the PA was also very pleasant. I left feeling as though I was in good hands and that my situation would improve!
