Could not ask for a more caring, friendly atmosphere.
Everyone goes out of their way to make patients feel comfortable. Wait is sometimes lengthy but the attention you are given is well worth the wait. Highly recommend.

Professional, courteous, thorough and palliative care exhibited by the receptionists, medical assistant who took my blood pressure and performed an EKG, the lab tech who drew blood and, finally, the doctor who patiently diagnosed my illness. I chose an urgent care clinic instead of one of the local hospitals in the hopes that I would be able receive quicker treatment despite the fear that I may in the end be referred to one of these anyway as well as the likelihood that the out-of-pocket cost will be less when submitted to my insurance company. I was not disappointed. While these clinics are not for every injury or ailment, the two times I have required less severe medical care, Patient First has exceeded my expectations. In fact, I drove an extra twenty minutes beyond a similar clinic which had poor reviews to be treated here despite feeling horrible. I will return here in the future if necessary.

Relatively fast service, especially after check-in/registration. All employees were helpful and respectful; kind and courteous. Total time there, including waiting, was about an hour and I needed an x-ray. Will utilize again and recommend to others.

This was my first visit since I was in the area traveling from Massachusetts. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. I first called with questions regarding if my insurance was accepted, which were answered quickly. Upon arriving, I was seen in a very timely manner, and the care I received was thorough and efficient. I was in and out in less than an hour, which even included getting my prescription filled. The entire staff including the receptionist, the nurses, and the doctor were all pleasant. I was very impressed, and I would recommend Patient First to anyone. I wish there were facilities in my home area.

The best clinic I have ever visited. It is by far the cleanest place I've been at. The atmosphere was so relaxing it almost felt home. Staff was friendly, courteous, and answered questions with a smile unlike other places where you feel unwelcome.  In less then 1 hour, I was taken back to my room, had an x-ray, seen by Dr. and on my way out. The architectural design of the clinic is amazing. There must have been at least 7 nurse stations and at least 10 rooms. They even have a prescription station/room. Its like a mini hospital of which I do believe that was the whole idea in the design. VERY NICE! This will be my place as long as I need it. Forget going to E.R where you have to sit for hours in the waiting room and hours in the patient room until you see a Dr. or whoever. Go there and you will be glad you did.
