There should be an option to give this sorry excuse of an urgent care negative to no stars. My ex husband, brother, and I have been going here due to workers comp for seven years but last night with my dad was the last straw. My dad was dropped off here from work after getting a chemical in his eyes and not being able to see. He was sent to the back to get ready for a drug screening. The nurse claims she told him 3 times that he can't flush the toilet. One, my mom was witness to the entire thing and not once had a nurse mentioned this, two my dad is a senior with only a little bit of his hearing left. So when my dad flushed the toilet, nurse Charles walked in an began YELLING at my dad. How dare you! When my dad stated he didn't know, Charles responded with a snarky remark about a sign being about the toilet. Well hello genius. He's there because HE CANT SEE. Then proceeded to tell him perhaps he should pay attention. When my dad called him out for his abuse and stating he will not take the mistreatment, the nurse said he wasn't being rude and insinuating that my dad cheated the test. My mom the told him the same thing but the nurse refused. Then they refused to see him while he sat in extreme pain because they had to wait for him to do it again. He left there in MORE pain that when he got there and sick to his stomach because of how he was treated by the so-called nurse. As you can imagine, I am EXTREMELY livid about this situation and it is not the first time. I have worked in the medical field for four years and NEVER have I seen nurses so rude and inconsiderate. I have had horrible experiences as well with all but one doctor here and my brothers workers compensation actually switched due to this facilities neglect. So not only will I be making a call to the manager, I will be speaking with the medical board and an attorney. "Patients First" my a**.
