Trish has been the tax accountant for my 3 person LLC since inception as a partnership.   She guided me through the tax issues when we converted to an LLC and cleaned up my bookkeeping so that our annual tax prep is a snap.  She is diligent and fast, and the resulting forms and reports leave nothing for me to do but sign and send to our beloved Uncle Sam and Governor whatshisname. This year I had done an oddball accounting setup for convenience, but which Quickbooks turned into a reporting nightmare. Trish fixed the problem. If you have a small company, here is your tax solution.
