At 7:50pm tonight, January 27, 2016, in Eau Claire, WI, I was nearly hit by an Ash Transportation vehicle with the license plate PAM0078. We were the intersection of Craig Road and Hamilton Avenue. I had made a complete and full stop before the Ash Transportation vehicle made a very wide RIGHT turn from Craig Road onto Hamilton Ave. The driver did not see my vehicle and kept turning. He slammed on his brakes and stopped about 3-4 feet from my vehicle and started waving his hands at me. I had to back up my car and drive around him. I had my two children in the car with me. This was a very unsafe situation because of an unattentive driver.
