Two years ago, my wife and I purchased an optima from Patrick Kia. Not only did we receive a quality car, we received a quality team of TRUE PROFESSIONALS. We were so pleased with sales and service, that we brought my mother-in-law to Patrick. She purchased a car. Of course she is besides herself regarding her car and customer care.
Ed and Michael are true professionals who will put you in a car made just for you. Jay and Scott are highly knowledgeable and qualified to make sure any services made to your car are completed to the highest standards. My wife and I have mentioned a few names; However, the entire Patrick team are amazing professionals with an incredible personal touch. After becoming a part of the Patrick family, you will never look anywhere else for your automotive needs! We are so blessed to be a part of such an invested team of professionals!

Patrick Kia has a very friendly and and very knowledgeable staff.  There was no pressure of any kind to buy immediately like many other dealers, and we were  thanked numerous times by everyone involved in our purchase.  This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Patrick in the last year, and once again it was a pleasurable experience from start to finish.  I highly recommend Michael Munford as a sales consultant, he has a wonderful  personality and is well versed in his knowledge of the sales process.  

We will be purchasing from Patrick Kia again!

Purchasing my first Kia from Patrick Kia was an enjoyable experience. I appreciate the professionalism of Mr. Munford and the entire Patrick Kia staff. They seem to work together as a great team and have a family atmosphere. This is not your typical dealership. If you want honest salespeople, professional people and hospitality, this is the place to buy your next vehicle.

My experience at Patrick Kia was one of the most painless car buying experiences I have ever had. Darrick Jones Sr and Michael Mumford are two of the most caring, knowledgeable, and patient people I have met. We had an unique situation and they were surely up for the challenge. My husband and I purchased a 2017 Kia Optima and we simply love it!! Please go to Patrick Kia and ask for Darrick and Michael you will not be disappointed.

Fantastic service, honest and make every effort to get you what you want at a price you can afford! I say this after I visited another "big" name car dealership that tried to do the old bait and switch on me. ..they don't "have it all" -Patrick Kia does!
