Horrible experience with this agency, they treated my 86 year old mother with total disregard. Never a phone call to keep her informed as to the sale of her home. They kept a deposit that should have been given to her after the deal fell through after 2 months, they came up with several excuses not to give her the money and still have not given it to her.. It's sinful the way they treated an elderly woman, they should be ashamed of themselves,!!!

Patrick Stracuzzi is an amazing realtor and did a great job on my home purchase.  He was professional and worked hard to get my home purchase accepted.  His friendship didn't end after the sale.  He provided me with several professionals to get the renovations needed to complete what I wanted to do to the house.  I have never met such a caring , dedicated realtor in my life and I have purchased several properties.  This must be why he is one of the top realtors in the state.  Thank you Patrick!

Carolyn Lovatt is the most arrogant ,self absorbed realtor I have ever encountered.
Her only concern is the very unfair 6% she receives on her commission.
Perhaps if you are selling a home in the 3 million dollar range her demeanor would be different but if you are in the 125000 dollar range or similar she has this better then you attitude.
I disagreed with her on a point or two and she just continued to talk over and condescending to me .
When I interrupted her to ask " when do I have a chance to speak " her response was " YOU DONT " 
I reminded her that essentially she was representative of me in the transaction but AGAIN her only concern was the buyer ,closing the sale and thus receiving her commission .
This I should add was only after house was on market for 2 weeks and this was first offer, that being said it was and easy house to sell.
A word of caution , Do not let her represent you and of course never ever question her because in her small mind she is beyond reproach .
Look around and move on .

I called this office and they wanted me to DROP my PRICE $100,000!  I stuck with my gut and sold my place MYSELF for $95,000 more than they said I could ONE WEEK later!    Shortly after we had our contract 3 other offers came in before we closed on our home!  For SALE BY OWNER worked for me and I am so glad I used an attorney for our closing… NO AGENT fees… It took me about 1.5 years to sell my home myself but the other homes were on the market an average of 8 months with agents. Sure they could have sold it a lot sooner but I would have lost a TON of $$$$$$!  I broke even on the sale of my home and I feel everyone was happy with the price as the appraisal came in a little HIGHER than the price we were asking for on our home.  Again, I had full intentions of listing with this office UNTIL they wanted to drop my price ridiculously LOW!  I even compared my home with the recent sales and explained that they were getting even MORE amenities, land, and water rights than the other homes in the area!

Patrick Stracuzzi is one of the most professional and ethical Realtor's  I have ever met. He  always extends himself in order  to make sure every transaction goes smoothly, ethically and professionally as possible. His entire team works hard to leave their client satisfied and having a pleasant experience. I would strongly recommend Patrick and his Real Estate Team to anyone looking to buy or sell property in the Stuart area.
