Reviews

This company was sent to my house by my insurance company to replace a leaking water heater. There were many problems and frustrations with this seemingly simple project. We would never use them again for the following reasons:
Poor communication
Plumber needed my help to carry new heater down and old heater up stairs and into truck.
High prices for items not paid for by insurance company (grounding wire and permit.)
Base of staircase was damaged (they paid for repair.)
Failed town inspection and had to come back to fix.
