Great spot, very old school.  Call ahead for faster service.  Reuben is fantastic and the owner really takes his time carefully crafting his sandwiches, which he is proud of.  Prices need an update, we paid $13 for a huge hoagie.  The place needs an Italian Ice machine in the summer.

Great hoagies & old school charm. Got a meatball and it was probably one of the best meatballs I’ve ever had. Definitely going back to get some homemade meatballs and sausage for some spaghetti. I wonder if they make their own tomato sauce?  Show these guys some love so they can survive the Corona.

You won't find better quality meats or tastier hoagies!! in the entire city. One of the last authentic family-run businesses in the area that truly values the quality of their products. Very reasonably priced, as well! We are very lucky to have this gem in our area. Highly recommend!!

This place has amazing food and fresh meat, I have lived in 5 different states including new york city and this is by far the best food I have tasted, there are no preservatives in the meat and it's extremely tender. I stopped here because I was a little curious and I'm glad I did. Owners were very nice. I ordered and meatball and ruben and got some sausage.

This place has the best food in the Pittsburgh area. Almost everyday I get a spicy grilled chicken sandwich here and I never get sick of it, Its good clean food and a huge serving. All the other food is terrific also including the homemade stuff he makes to take home and heat up. His flat iron steaks are huge and delicious also, I have never had anything from here that wasn't perfect. Do yourself a favor and try this place!

Hands down the best hoagie you'll ever have!! My husband loves their meatball and Italian hoagies and Patsy's wife always delivers with a delicious veggie hoagie for me too! Great old school butcher/deli shop with home made meatballs, sausage, sauerkraut, soup, pasta, and more! This is a local gem that you have to check out!

FABULOUS, DELICIOUS FOOD. All fresh and homemade!!! All sandwiches are made from fresh meats carved to order and a great Deli w/ all kinds of cheeses as well. Husband and Wife owned....I will be back often. Oh....make sure too try the Meatball sub

Their sandwiches are better than anything you'll get from a chain sub shop.  Huge portions for a great price.  The meatballs on their meatball sub are homemade and fantastic. The cold cuts they put on their hoagies are the best you'll find anywhere.

You have to make your way here and come hungry!   The best food around!  Sandwiches, deli meat, butchered meats, prepared pastas, soups and sauces!  It's all homemade and the highest quality.  Pat and Jonette are the best!  The spicy chicken sandwich is one of my favorites but honestly everything is amazing!

We got "The Righteous Reuben" and the classic Italian, and meatball sandwich. All were good and at an affordable price. It wasn't a "Wow" experience for me but at least I know they have a good sandwich now.
