My mom has been coming to Patt forever. She decided, at age 79, it was time for a change. She wanted no more perms. Straight hair, cute cut and Silver color. Apparently Patt didn't want to color her hair silver. She said she was though 2 weeks ago. I picked my mom up 1 day after cut and color. Her hair was a med brownish lil reddish color. NOT SILVER. mom asked what happened, Patt showed her color, said she used Silver. BS.. I took the color # name to a hairdresser, didn't tell her anything, just asked what color this was. She immediately said a rust/ burnt med brown. No one from salon will call my mom back. I even tried. Still no return call. Stay away!!!

Nice place, nice people, high quality hair design, an easy 5 stars. (Edit) I believe it is closed down unfortunately now.
