Lots of food. Staff is friendly.  Not cheap, spent $19 for my meal with tip: ham & cheese omelette, hash browns, toast and a cup of coffee. Seems a little high for breakfast, probably due to the sheer size of the portions. I'd rather have an option for less food, particularly since I only ate half. 2 of us had breakfast here, and the food did not seem to agree with either of us. Likely the amount of grease soaked into the hash browns. The other person I dined with is a regular here, he doesn't mind the price because he has an expense account. Parking is snug if you have a larger vehicle.

I have no doubt the cook here does their best but the food here is obviously not fresh and there’s only so much you can do with instant/frozen food. 

Bad food, awful coffee, and the building itself feels cramped and run down. The only saving grace was the service but unfortunately that does not equate to a good dining experience.

Great customer service but food is awful. It’s either spoiled or cooked right out of the freezer. I recommend you have fresh food delivered more often. I know I will not be coming back anytime soon

You can't go wrong with Patty's. Four stars due to the wait times... but not sure if that is fair - just means the food ROCKS. Solid breakfast basics and friendly staff.

This place had the best breakfast around.   It's a great stop on your way to the ferry.   Love em
