Gave me a window of 20 minutes for pickup, didn't show up by 27 min so I had to call a cab to actually get to my doctor's appointment on time. 
I have no problem with waiting but it should be told an accurate window of time. 
They always say to book a day in advance, did they somehow mean that I should plan my 6min trip to the doctors and take it the day before my appointment? I also never got a call from the driver saying they were running late or anything to indicate that they even remembered I was to be picked up
Also, they never asked for my name or any other indicators about me for the pickup. Someone else could've gotten on and not said anything about calling and left instead of me. (Although that would imply that they showed up)
