I've had a great experience with Paul Davis. I had several people come out due to some flooding to give me estimates or do work. Paul Davis negotiated with my insurance company to make sure I was getting the full repairs needed. I ended up having to re-stain all of the hardwood floors on the first floor and they came out beautifully and then work was done quickly. They convinced me to go with a natural finish which looks wonderful. The contents packers and unpackers took care with my items, helping me to get my home back in order and cleaned! Thank you to Sandi, Deidre, Amy, Melissa, Chris, Doug, John, Danny, Chris, Jake, Brian and all the other crew members! They were all great!

DISINGENUOUS BEHAVIOR  from consultant Doug Blount! I contracted PD in May of 2013 to rebuild my house after a devastating fire. While originally deciding to rebuild in July of 2013 after not feeling confident about the way progress was going with the information to rebuild the property. I informed the agent that I had decided not to rebuild the property but to demolish it. I requested a quote from PD in July with no progress or communication from the company until September long after cancelling the project to rebuild and waiting on an estimate for demolition PD order an asbestos report which would have been required to do the demolition anyway, PD had not gotten back with me to give me their quote and I started to receive a 1500.00 bill for the cost of a report that was ordered before I ever got a quote of 13000.00! I declined their offer to demolish the property at such a rediculous price, and was order by a court to pay that amount becuase someone representing themself as Doug Blount lyed in court and testified that we never had the conversation where " I informed him during a phone conversation that I no longer wanted to rebuild but requested a quote to demolish", I will never use them for any kind of work nor will I ever suggest that anyone else use this company. Prior to selecting them from one of two companies that my insurance company use for these projects, I did some research on Paul Davis only to find soooo many negative experiences from other consumers and I didnt follow my first mind which was not to use them because of the complaints and reviews that were available online. So when you see that a company has this many complaints about poor workmanship, billing issues and incomplete projects trust that! PAUL DAVIS SIMPLY WANTED SOME MONEY FOR ENGAGING! THEY WERE NOT SELECTED SO THEY CREATED A BILL IN ORDER TO GET SOMETHING OUT OF THE DEAL!
