After researching every travel trailer manufacturer and visiting all San Diego RV dealerships we found Grand Design Reflection to be our choice. Next was to find the right place to purchase it from. It took us several weeks of dealership not returning calls, not willing to accept the price we were willing to pay. PAUL EVERT'S RV COUNTRY in Fresno far met our expectations! From our salesman Gus, Sales Manager Red, to the finance department Seth & Ryan, & Nick the Coordinator all did an exceptional job. The drive from San Diego to Fresno was well worth it. Great job Paul Evert's RV.

I had a really easy comfortable time working with the crew at Paul Evert's RV Country. The two sales people I worked with were Pat and Corina. Both were easy to work with, and knew their products inside and out. The maintenance crew did a great job preparing the trailer for delivery and the young man who did the walk thru was very thorough. The signing of the paperwork is the last step in the process and went very went very quickly . The finance office was very easy to work with ! Over all, I had a really good experience working with the crew from Paul Evert's RV Country.

The people we have worked with at Paul Evert's have always been honest, informative, and helpful. Buying an RV/Fifth wheel can be a tough and or tedious process. For us it was particularly tough making a decision this time, and there again, Duane and Zack were amazingly helpful and patient with us. We would work with them again in a heartbeat and refer people to them whenever we get the chance. They were very honest with us about everything. Dealing with the service department has also been a very positive experience. No matter what the manufacturer forgot, Hank and Jason and Rod in the service department more than made up for. They have always been a delight to work with and with all the business that they have, I would bet that they service more RV's then any dealership in the state. This can also mean sometimes you have to have more patience as a customer. Better to have to wait sometimes and have things done correctly. They have always treated us so well there, and we also believe in treating others with kindness. We will always recommend Paul Evert's RV.

Had some work done on my trailer, the service dept. Is good, except the the mechanics should pay more attention to what they are doing. Ended up with new miner damages. Which I demanded fixed before I leave.

For anyone thinking about buying a new or used RV. We really do recommend Paul Evert's. And after you buy and discover any issues that might arise following your first outing. Please don't hesitate to call upon their amazing Service Department. We like im sure others have discovered a few issues with our newly purchased RV. Mike Caporusso, in the Service Department answered our call and offered to help. He was very willing to work with us in solving our concerns. Besides the skillful work that was completed by the Technician we collected our RV and couldn't be happier with the results. Mr. Caporusso is very friendly, helpful and responsive. For these and other reasons which we could add, is why we are gladly giving Paul Evert's RV Country five stars.
