Dr. Kellum was very nice and professional, but his crew was very rude and disrespectful. I got 4 veneers done and I paid for them before I had them done (my mistake), if I knew how they were gonna treat me I would have never continued my treatment. I was left with temporary veneers for 4 weeks and they told me it was gonna be only 2 weeks. They hurt so bad, they turned black, I was in so much pain. When I called the office to let them know that I'm in pain, the front desk lady said there is nothing they can do, she was so rude, kept saying what do you want from us??!! Are you serious? What kind of dental office treats its patient like that? They didn't tell me I was gonna be in any pain at all. My veneers don't feel good at all, I'm very sensitive still to this day, after 3 months or so. I've had a very bad experience with this office, so if you want to be treated like a human being skip this one.

Dr. Kellum released my private information about my medical procedures and billing information to a third party without my consent!! Also, the filling I went in to get work done on was not done correctly the first time. I went back for an adjustment and was told it would be at no charge to me. After my first adjustment, my top and bottom teeth were still hitting sending cringes done my body so Dr. Kellum agreed to readjust my filling again at no cost to me.. so after 3 appointments, the filling is somewhat fixed ... in hindsight I wish I would have just left my filling cracked, I was left with nerve damage and still feels very uncomfortable to eat from the left side of my mouth, the side Dr. Kellum worked on. The front office is the main problem, they have no idea what they are doing! First I was told Principal was not in their network but that they were adding Principal, and by the time I got my filling done they should be in network. The old receptonist quoted me a total of no more than $90. My bill for the orignal appointment was over $90, so I dealt with that upset. Now, they are trying to charge me over $200 for the adjustments that I was told would be at NO COST TO ME, since my filling was not done correcrly the first or second time!!! I have tried to call and dispute this invoice 3 times with no response! I left a voicemail yesterday, left a message this morning, and call back around noon, and still NO ONE has reached out to me about this issue of being over charged! Hopefully someone will see this review and finally get back to me! I would just like this resolved asap and I will be finding a new dentist!

Dr. Kellum took me in for an emergency procedure which is necessary before a root canal. He had a day off and he agreed to see me even though I was not a regular patient of his. As he was going through the procedure he explained every step to me. He was the most gentle dentist I have ever been to and he eased my childhood fears (I'm now 29) of dentists. I will definitely visit him again and I suggest him to anyone who wants a gentle dentist who explains things to you.

My initial visit was with Dr. Plantz, a nearby dentist. He told me I need to replace one filling because of a chip, and another 'cause it was cracked. The second one he said likely would need to be crowned because it is so large. While waiting for the appointment day, I compared prices and decided to go with an in Network provider, Dr. Kellum. When I saw him, I informed him of Plantz' diagnosis. Kellum looked, had an assistant look and they both agreed I didn't need any work. No chip, no crack. Wow, I was happy to save $$ and to avoid drilling. He has 30 years experience, a pleasant office, and clearly isn't out to fleece people.I'll be going back.
