We thank you for choosing Paul Mitchell the School Colorado Springs as your hair care service provider and appreciate your contribution to our Future Professional's education. Outlined below are some of the different policies and procedures that make visiting a school different from visiting your average salon. Please acquaint yourself with these policies and procedures and feel free to call or ask for further clarification upon arrival at our school.

Clinic Floor policies:

In order to maintain a classroom environment only guests who are currently receiving a service are allowed to be on the Clinic Floor. All other friends, family and visitors must remain in the waiting area for the duration of the service.

Children:

All children under the age of 8 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Any children who are over the age of 8 may be in the waiting area unless they cause a disturbance or are unable to remain off of the Clinic Floor. If a child is unable to remain in the waiting area for the duration of the service, due to liability and safety concerns we will have to cancel the service and reschedule for another time.

Timing:

Because our service providers are Future Professionals who are in the process of learning, expect to spend more time receiving your service than you would in your average salon. We strive to be as efficient and timely as possible but because our Future professionals are still learning we will not commit to meeting any concrete time deadlines.

Color Pricing:

All of our color services are quoted at a starting point, this initial price point includes the cost of the service and the first color application. Any additional color applications are charged at the rate of; $6 for Phase 1 and $7 for Phase 2 for EACH additional color application. This includes color, PM shines, lighteners, toners and color balancing.
Additional perm applications are charged at the rate of $15 per additional application.

All services are performed by students under the supervision of licensed professionals.
