Wow so I had an amazing experience at their salon yesterday. I’m fairly new to the area and tried a local salon for my cut and wasn’t really impressed so I decided to go somewhere else for my color. That someplace else ended up being my bathroom as I botched my hair color not once but twice. I over lightened my crown and then attempted my own color correction and that turned out how you might expect. I also had grown out blonde highlights and stubborn greys so just a big ol mess. I came across an offer for highlights at the Paul Mitchell school and thought best case senario they would be able to blend some color through and just make the weirdness not as noticeable. When I showed up for my appointment I met Bailey and she and her supervisor went over what needed to be done. I have thick, very long hair as well so I would need color correction at different parts of my hair and the roots done where my greys were growing out. Every step of the process was done efficiently and professionally. Bailey knew what she was doing but her instructor came around very frequently to keep an eye on things. I always felt comfortable and she answered all of my questions. While we were waiting for the bleach to finish, Bailey went and brought back a hair product I requested just to save me the time later. After I was rinsed and styled she turned the chair around. I think I had to pick up my jaw. AMAZING!! She darkened the crown to cover the green cast I had done to myself and then weaved blonde through to bring in the highlights I wanted. She added lowlights to really give my layered hair dimension and then blew everything out beautifully. I’m just so thrilled with how it all turned out. If I had gone to another salon the services I received would have been over 200 dollars. Probably well over with the length of my hair and the color correction. I really thought I was gonna be stuck with horrible color until I could afford a proper professional. Well I got my professional, Bailey. I’ll be singing her praises and everyone else’s at that school. Thank you Paul Mitchell school I’ll definately be back! 
*I want to add. There were two other ladies who helped my stylist with foiling, blow drying etc and they too were polite and professional but I don’t recall their names. Thank you ladies for your help.

I am extremely upset with this school right now. I was a student and have been paying them for the time I was a student there. I had missed a couple of payments so they threatened to send me to collections (which I completely understand) so I called them up and spoke with financial aid and they said that as long as I make my payments I shouldn't have to worry about it. So I made my payments and went on my way. I have now made 2 payments and the school has still sent me to collections. I am beyond frustrated with the situation and am hoping that this gets resolved. Do not throw your past students to the side like they are just dirt.

*update: I have spoken with financial aid and they are working to resolve the issue.

Had my color done there, and it came out with too much "violet" tone, so they had me come back to have it completely redone to my satisfaction. :)

I will say I love the way my hair turned out, but HOLY COW! It took them 5 and half hours. I was there until 11pm. This is my second time going here. The first time I went it took the girl 5 hours and I finally had to leave without getting my hair styles because I would have been there for another hour and a half. The girl who did my hair this time was super nice, but did everything slowly. The people who answer the phone there are super rude and need to get an attitude adjustment. I would suggest to save the money and go to a salon that will do your hair in half that time. Even Taylor Andrew's (another hair school) is much quicker. They died my hair completely blonde from brown with no damage to it in 3 hours.

Maigen was amazing on my visit here. She hooked me up with a new makeup artist and both of these amazing ladies made me up beautifuly! I had to speak at my graduation and they just took really good care of what I wanted. Thank you!
