Straight to the point staff. I've used Paul's about 5 times and they've never let me down or tried pulling a fast one on me. They're busy so they most likely won't see your car for a day or two but if they're busy, that usually means they're good at what they do and are trusted. Highly recommend.

Great people who tell it like it is. Won't oversell you. Reasonable estimates for exactly what you need. Talked me out of buying a full exhaust. Just needed a couple patches and to be rehung. Saved me over $500. Have had more work done and always happy.

We have requested service from Paul's Bender Center several times. We keep going back there because: They have earned our trust... It's great to deal with honest folks. The staff is extremely knowledgeable of their trade. We have had service performed at many centers in the Kenosha area. Paul's rates NUMBER 1 of all those that we are familiar with. They never try to sell you parts that aren't really necessary. They clearly explain the problem plus indicate it's level of severity to fix right now or OK to safely wait a while. I would trust Jeff and his staff to give my wife, daughters, or grand-daughters honest and fair price estimates and to perform the work that they recommend without any family male scrutiny (this is a huge trust compliment). In conclusion Paul's Bender Center is a friendly, courteous, professional, knowledgeable, fair priced, clean business environment that I can highly recommend without reservation.

Jeff and Rich were awesome. Very kind and helpful. As I shortly waited for my vehicle results with my daughter I witnessed their team treat every guest that came in with the same amount of patience, respect and help. I definitely recommend!

Highly recommended, these guys were fantastic! Though I've lived in Kenosha for a while, I loved my mechanic in Chicago where I worked. With a recent change of jobs, I have tried to find someone here that I liked and trusted. When my recently purchased used Toyota Sienna sprouted a major oil leak, I searched reviews and Paul's looked worth a shot. They not only got in and looked at the vehicle quickly, but they knew my repair was still under warranty (which I did not) and they made arrangements to get the vehicle to a Toyota dealer who had a great reputation! They could have easily said nothing, fixed the problem themselves onsite and made made a little profit for the business. Instead, the did what was best - and most affordable - for me. I'll definitely be back.
