This is the second owner of this store. The first were a nice family of Koreans who were loved by all their customers for fast and friendly service. 

These new owners are Chinese and though fast and friendly like the other owners, when the old owners sold the place to this family the freezers were on their last legs so the walkin at the back don't really work and this family hasn't had the cash to buy new ones. So the milk and dairy goods are limited and the prices have skyrocketed.  

A half litre of chocolate milk cost only $1.25 with the Koreans who owned the store. This family charges me $2.00-$2.25 depending on who is working the cash. At the two grocery stores nearby a full one litre of chocolate milk cost $1 on average. I suppose prices can go up due to market and demand but it seems like quite the hike for half the size at the grocery store. 

The lady of the store is a part time realtor so I suppose one could go in a buy a convenience and a house/home. I know the stock they have they purchased from the old owners but I know that stuff was already on it's last legs and the expiry date should be checked or at least dust the tins so they don't look like they've been sitting there since the dawn of time. 

Overall they are better in terms of friendly service and speed than Noor's across the street who offer more variety at worse prices and their customer service depends on who you get at the cashier. Their owner is an idiot.
