I feel,at ease with Dr. Karpovich and his staff. They are knowledgeable,  professional, and friendly. I used to dread having to go to my old Dentist. Now, I know, it's not that bad. My Son started seeing Dr. Karpovich when he was two. He will be 10 this year. He has also been very at ease when going and had no dental fears like  did. Thank you

Dr. K is the best dentist I have ever had.  His staff is great and friendly.  He is a charming guy with the professionalism and expertise as well.  His office is state of the art, but you do not pay any more than you would elsewhere.  The analogy is flying first class for coach prices.  His facility is top notch and full of modern technology.  He has LCD screen mounted above all examination chairs so he can go over your dental needs.  X-Rays can be done on the spot and are returned almost instantly.  He can then pull up your images from his computer system to your personal screen to give you a consultation.  His bridge and crown work is fantastic because he uses an advanced technology that 3D images your mouth and cuts a bridge or crown to perfectly match your mouth, like a jig saw piece.  Dr. K goes into as much depth as you would like to hear about your dental needs.  I needed to have  some serious work done and Dr. K laid out a comprehensive plan and answered all of my questions.  I got the sense that he really cared about me as a patient and he was flexible to my needs.  I have tried many dentists in my life and others have driven me away with pain or judgement.  Dr. K is welcoming and caring.  I will never go to another dentist.

I've been a patient almost since his first day in private practice.  If I move from Maryland, I will find my way back to Texas Station for my check ups.  Because of Dr. Paul's amazing up-to-date knowledge, I am confident I will forever be attached to my teeth.  His staff is amazingly helpful.  No surprises, they do the research and you know exactly what amount you are responsible for.  High recommendations for knowledge, service and trust.

Dr. Karpovich is honestly the best dentist I have ever been to.  From the beginning, I have felt confident and relaxed with him and his staff. And, he is excellent at giving needles.  I constantly am referring Dr. Karpovich to family and friends.  Don't hestitate to make an appointment here.  :)

The most pleasant dental experience I've ever had. Dr. Karpovich and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and very thorough. This office shows that the dentist doesn't have to be scary or intimidating.
