Working with Thomas and his team, specifically my realtor, was a great experience. She had been in communication since we were selling our previous home in another state and transitioning to CA about 6 months when we were ready to begin our home buying journey. She made herself available at all times and was willing to meet, even on weekends. Once we were ready to put in an offer she explained the Agencie's part of the process very thoroughly. I am not sure where the lines of communication fall, but paperwork accuracy needs attention from admin team. I was sent documents to sign with mispelled names and other inaccurate information. I was asked to sign regardless. I was also sent the same documentation multiple times. Quality work requires attention to detail and reserved time for each client. The admin staff were responsive and communicative, it's just about taking the time to confirm the details. Other than that everything was great.

I have worked with Thomas on the sale of both rental and personal properties.  He is an outstanding individual to work with.  He is smart and knowledgeable about the local real estate market. What a great, well-trained team Thomas has. They all are good at following up, listening to your needs and working hard to get it done right. We bought our house that we also sold with them 3.5 years later, so we know both buying and selling qualifications. We listed our home on Thursday, had an open house on Saturday with 5 offers. In the current seller's market we received $35,000 over asking price. Of course, it's also because we had a well kept home, too. Thomas gave us staging advice and they provided photographers. From beginning to end on the process of both buying and selling in Antelope Valley, your best bet, and worth the fees, is Paulauskas Realty.
