They are not open on Saturday’s so working citizens has to take time off from work (unpaid) to go to their offices to get paperwork completed and still get charged outrageous prices. They could at least open two Saturdays a month to try an accommodate those of us that work during the week and have to travel. I leave every morning at 5:30 am and don’t get home till 5:30 or 6:00 pm.  They only say I will ever make it during their hours is to take time off work and I do not get paid when I don’t work.

I have never had a long wait..in gact they wave me straight to the counter as soon as I enter the room...They are very friendly and helpful.

Hard working and resourceful staff. They would consistently take care of you. Absolutely no complaints in over 7 years of living in Paulding county.

The service was interesting but didn't take too long. I was seventh or eighth in line and made it to a representative in about 15 minutes even with 3 people coming in and going back to the windows because it was their second time around. Which was good because I had to leave and come back.   When I came back there were about 20 people in line but I went straight to a representative.
