We offer an Actual Appointment to make your grooming experience as little as, Just 1 Hour (most small dog breeds). When you arrive, you will have a consultation with your groomer. This will make sure that your Pet is groomed to your requirements. Cat Grooming coming in early 2015

Finally, your pet will NOT be in a cage all day

Walk-In Grooming Accepted - As Available

Nail Trimming for dogs always available for Walk-Ins. By appointment for your Rabbits, Ferrets and Cats.

Something is different in the last 6 weeks or so, front desk personnel have changed and are less than personable. 2 or 3 of our favorite groomers have left suddenly and these people were wonderful. That bright happy cheerful disposition of Paulines is now different. Willing to give it off as a bad day perhaps, but if this persists we'll look elsewhere. 11/2/2017: Second visit today, same thing. Not sure who the man is who is behind the desk but someone should tell him its ok to come up for air and acknowledge customers walking in once in a while. Very rude appearing. The other person means well but just flounders around. I'll say it again, this place as gone downhill quick in the customer service area. How obviously I'm not leaving my name so he can harass me, but I'm telling the honest truth here...

I've been to the groomers here three or four times now and I am not disappointed with my dog's grooming. It's a popular place and there aren't always openings for new clients, but I waited until I could get in on an open slot from another client's cancellation and was quite pleased I did. Unlike a lot of places I've been to for dog grooming, I never have to wait more than about an hour, which is especially nice for my little dog, because he gets anxious in close quarters with a lot of other dogs and noises from a previous grooming experience, and if his cut isn't the way I'd like it when I arrive to get him, the groomers are happy to fix it up for me.

Stay away! It's over priced and the owner is a d**k, he wouldn't answer any of my questions and scolded me for asking my own questions. It's a very unfriendly place, i'll be taking my business elsewhere. Edit: In response to the owners response: You won't find record of me there because I decided to use a different groomer after you were so rude with me. It makes me mad that this is your only response to negative criticism, you try to change the story around to make it seem like the person writing the bad review is wrong and was never there. I've been in your store twice now and I pray to god I never have to return. Everyone please save yourself some trouble and use a different stylist.

They were curious, quick without an appointment and did a fantastic job on a nail trim. I have apparently been throwing money away at another groomers for almost 3 years before moving to Port Orange. The other place never got them short, saying her quick were too long. Well Pauline's got them way shorter and didn't even make one toe bleed!! Going back for sure.

Love the front desk folks, Kathy and Laura. The groomers always do a very nice job on my dogs.
