Super friendly and very helpful. Hans spent 45min showing me each chainsaw and explaining all of the options, plus helping me choose the correct saw for my needs. Once the chainsaw was purchased the mechanic there filled up the gas tank with expensive pre-mix gas, then the other tank with bar oil. He then took the saw out back and showed me how to start it/run it, adjust the chain tension, and other general maintenance. A+++++...box stores don't even compare to this kind of service!

I do not recommend this hardware store for services or products.  We bought an expensive lawnmower from them and while the lawnmower worked well we were not pleased with customer service the following visits.  They do not follow directions and are incapable or admitting that they made a mistake.  Overcharging and making excuses for it is no way to run a business.  We will not frequent this store again or recommend it to anyone looking to purchase products or have service done. If you decide to use them, make sure you check your bills and get everything you want done in writing so you have proof when they mess up on your requests!
